A Quick Note

I would love to be able to list the prices of each site pictured above. But fortunately,, my clients periodically upgrade their site by adding features like photo galleries, blogs, ecommerce programs, or add or delete web pages. Remember to plan ahead. As a designer it's always easier to design a website for some features you may implement at a later time rather than having to completely change the layout down the road.

What Will It Cost?

That's one of the most common questions I get. In order to answer that question I would need to know exactly what you need. I can't help unless you contact me. Looks are not everything when it comes to a website. Some may look plain but have some interactive features that help the owner maintain a relationship with his or her customers or readers.

Ask yourself these questions when planning a website:

- What is my budget?

- Do I want readers to be able to interact with the website?

- Do I want fancy animations to keep the visitors interested?

- What is the purpose of the website?

- What is more important to me? Graphics or function ability?

- Will I want to maintain the site myself or pay for updates?

Remember that the more complex the website, the more complex it is to maintain it. Even with tutorials on web design I always recommend that my clients pay for maintenance for at least the first month or so. In that time you can practice on a practice section of your website until you feel comfortable editing your website's public pages.
